About the Role

We are looking for a high calibre, entrepreneurial and commercially minded Chief Executive Officer who will be guiding the leadership team in realising their growth agendas. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you will have a great deal of influence in positively impacting the overall business, by being the visionary leader in guiding, mentoring & advising the leadership team to help them realise their ambitions.

Candidate Profile

As CEO, you will have full P&L responsibility for the company and lead total performance, optimisation and governance of business operations.

What we are looking for:

➢ A proven track record as a CEO of a growing B2B multi-site, multi-product company with revenues exceeding £100m.

➢ A proven track record of success as a senior executive in technology/digital communications or related industries.

➢ Prior experience in a publicly traded company or familiarity with the regulatory and compliance requirements of public markets.

➢ An inspirational leader, who has versatility of style and can operate effectively, with proven leadership experience in leading business change and influencing performance beyond the Operating Board.

➢ Experience of investor/stakeholder/lender management and of managing analyst and press relations.

➢ A proven ability to translate strategy into sound operational plans.

Role location: Hybrid working - It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to be located in London, the West Midlands, or the North West of England.
