We are currently retained on an exciting leadership opportunity for a VP of Sales for our global client, headquartered in the US. They are a SaaS / PropTech company with strong growth plans in a market that has very strong traction, presenting one of the most fantastic global business opportunities at this time.

About the Role 

Our client is a SaaS platform for on-demand global workspace, helping midsize to enterprise companies dramatically reduce office costs while increasing employee flexibility.

The board are looking to take the company to the next level, by adding to their world class team. This will help the company towards realising their global ambitions.

As such, they are looking to add a VP of Sales - EMEA to their team, who will be responsible for helping lead sales in support of the company's revenue strategy and targets. This is a unique opportunity to help build the structure and pipeline of an untapped market who are looking to address the evolving needs of their employee culture and real estate footprint.

This is a role at the very forefront of the business, developing new business streams to deliver world class client workspace solutions.

We are therefore looking for high impact candidates, with a broad mix of skills. You must be a good communicator, comfortable taking responsibility for reporting against KPIs, a driven sales individual and possess a broad range of business acumen.

Candidate Profile

- Do you have experience selling B2B solutions to major clients?
- Do you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a B2B environment?
- Can you demonstrate experience in managing the sales cycle, including prospecting and closing?

Candidates will have gained experience in a Senior Business Development/Sales role where they have successfully delivered sales growth through the implementation of sound sales strategies.

- Consultative B2B sales experience, ideally in a proptech / tech environment.
- History of overachieving targets in a market-leading business-to-business sales organisation.
- Experience at Senior Management level in an organisation of similar scale and complexity, acting as a business partner and trusted authority on Sales action planning, for growth.
- You are a positive, high-energy, sales innovator by nature and thrive in challenging situations.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, shape and lead on multiple sales initiatives in-line with the company strategy.
- Have an ambitious and creative drive, with the ability to identify opportunities and successfully execute them.
- Experience of working internationally and demonstrating an appreciation for differences in culture.

You will be working as part of a team of VPs but there aren't any team management responsibilities for this role. Your focus will be on your own sales delivery, so you must be a good hunter.
