We are currently retained on an exciting leadership opportunity for a VP of Sales for our global client, headquartered in the US. (We are also recruiting for a VP of Sales in US) They are a SaaS / PropTech company with strong growth plans in a market that has very strong traction, presenting one of the most fantastic global business opportunities at this time.

About the Role 

Having built the technology platform over the last 2 years, 2021 is their first year where the focus has now shifted to growing their customer base and sales activities exponentially.

The board are looking to take the company to the next level, by adding to their world class team. This will help the company towards realising their global ambitions.

Having recently appointed a Chief Operating Officer to their team, they now seek to appoint a high calibre and commercially minded VP of Sales to lead their sales agenda across the EMEA (and potentially APAC).

Supporting the COO and wider leadership team, this is a strategic role where you will have a great deal of influence in shaping the EMEA Sales function within the business.

Candidate Profile

This is a role at the very forefront of the business, developing new business streams, and developing the EMEA sales team to deliver world class client solutions.

We are therefore looking for high impact candidates, with a demonstrable strong track record of year-on-year sales growth and a broad mix of skills. You must be a good communicator, comfortable taking responsibility for reporting against KPIs, a driven sales individual and possess a broad range of business acumen.
