You will be establishing and building a company-wide Human Resources function with strategies & initiatives to successfully deliver the global growth plans. You will be building and continuously developing the high performing culture of the company, directly impacting the ongoing success of this innovative business.
This will be the first CPO hire within our client’s organisation since its inception. They have previously operated using an external HR Consultant model to create the foundation and support required from an HR perspective.
Having recently appointed a Chief Marketing Officer and a Chief Growth Officer to their leadership team, they now seek to appoint a high calibre and commercially minded Chief People Officer to lead their culture and people agenda across the business.
Supporting the CEO, Chief of Staff and wider leadership team, this is a strategic role where you will have a great deal of influence in shaping the People function within the business. To date, there has been no company-wide internal HR function.
